Terms of Service

Terms of payment and refund

Payment is made in euros (€) before the final drawing is done. I'll send you a first sketch that you'll have to validate before I can start your order. You can refuse to receive the sketch if you wish to be surprised by the final drawing.

Payment is by PayPal or lootbar (Genshin) only. If the drawing has not been started and you wish to cancel your order, I will accept a full refund. On the other hand, if the drawing has been started, I will not refund you anything.

I reserve the right to refund any commission, and to refuse any request. I do not authorize the payment of money without my consent.

Process

Orders are taken by private message on Instagram, Discord or email.
For your order to run smoothly, I'll need a sheet reference / photo of your pet, a description of the desired mood and a desired position / expression for the character depicted. Other details will be requested depending on the order.

Once we've agreed, I'll produce two or three sketches. You can choose one, and I'll start your commission. Once I've started the line, I won't allow any more requests for changes to the drawing. If you wish, I'll send you a wip at each finished step (line, colors, shading...).

Once the drawing is finished, I'll send to you a Google drive link with the drawing in full resolution and in the desired format. Waiting time can vary from one/two days to one month.

Other informations

I retain all rights to my creations, so I can publish them on my social networks, without crediting your Oc but without making it my own. If you don't want me to credit you every time I share my drawing, please let me know.

My illustrations are not to be used for commercial purposes, only for personal use. You must credit me.
